1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NSOLVIA's services, including our website at nsolvia.com and the NSOLVIA MSA (Merchant Sales Assistant) widget, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NSOLVIA provides a store-trained digital sales assistant for ecommerce merchants. The service reads publicly available product catalogs and store information to answer shopper questions and guide purchasing decisions. NSOLVIA is installed via a JavaScript snippet placed on the merchant's storefront.

3. Account Registration

To use NSOLVIA, you must complete the registration process, provide accurate business information, and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

NSOLVIA offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. All plans include a 10-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team.

5. Conversation Limits

Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance. When your limit is reached, the sales assistant will be temporarily paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. No overage charges will be applied without your explicit consent.

6. Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Results may vary depending on merchant catalog quality
• Scraping accuracy depends on store platform and structure
• System performance is subject to data completeness
• There is no guarantee of 100% product coverage
• The service works best with well-structured product catalogs

7. Data and Content

NSOLVIA reads only publicly available information from your storefront. We do not access customer personal data, order information, payment details, or your store admin panel. The snippet installed on your site is read-only and does not modify your store content.

8. Intellectual Property

NSOLVIA and its associated technology, branding, and content are the intellectual property of NSOLVIA Inc. You retain ownership of your store content and product data. By using our service, you grant NSOLVIA a limited license to read and process your publicly available catalog data for the purpose of providing the sales assistant service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, your sales assistant will be deactivated and the widget will stop responding to shoppers. Your merchant data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

NSOLVIA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSOLVIA Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost sales, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of NSOLVIA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
