NSOLVIA Inc. (“NSOLVIA”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website and services.
2. Information We Collect
From Merchants
- Business name, contact email, and store URL (provided during onboarding)
- Billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store card data)
- Publicly available product catalog data (read from your storefront)
From Shoppers
- Chat messages sent to the sales assistant (processed in real-time, not stored long-term)
- Session identifiers (anonymous, non-persistent between visits)
- Interaction events (button clicks, product views — aggregated analytics only)
We do NOT collect
- Shopper personal information (names, emails, addresses)
- Payment or order data from the merchant's store
- Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes
- Data from the merchant's admin panel
3. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the NSOLVIA sales assistant service
- To process your subscription and billing
- To send transactional emails (onboarding, status updates)
- To improve our service quality and performance
- To provide merchant-level analytics (conversation counts, usage metrics)
4. Data Storage and Security
Merchant data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. We use industry-standard security practices including token-based authentication and role-based access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Resend — for transactional email delivery
- Vercel — for hosting and serving our application
- Supabase — for database hosting
These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Retention
Merchant account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation. Conversation data (chat sessions) expires automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity and is not retained long-term. Aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify merchants of material changes via email. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
