Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
2. How NSOLVIA Uses Cookies
NSOLVIA uses only essential session cookies required for the service to function. We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics purposes.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| session_token | Authenticates the widget session with our backend | 24 hours |
3. The NSOLVIA Widget
The NSOLVIA sales assistant widget runs inside an isolated iframe on merchant websites. It uses a session identifier generated in the browser to maintain conversation context. This identifier is not persistent between visits and is not used for tracking.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Our website uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe may set its own cookies during the checkout process. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking cookies.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the NSOLVIA widget from functioning correctly. Since we only use essential session cookies, no cookie consent banner is required under most regulations.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we begin using additional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and implement appropriate consent mechanisms as required by applicable law.
7. Contact
For questions about our cookie usage, contact us at team@nsolvia.com.
